Cyberpunk Trading Card Game Launches Kickstarter Campaign

CD PROJEKT RED and WeirdCo today announce that the crowdfunding campaign for Cyberpunk Trading Card Game has launched on Kickstarter.

Developed by WeirdCo in close collaboration with CD PROJEKT RED, Cyberpunk TCG brings the world of the Cyberpunk 2077 video game, the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners animated series, and more to the physical trading card game space for the first time.

Players are tasked with putting together the ultimate edgerunner crew with characters from across the franchise, and pitting them against their opponents in a fight to become a Night City legend. Featuring custom artwork, Cyberpunk TCG is designed for trading card players, avid collectors, and fans of the Cyberpunk franchise alike.

The crowdfunding campaign is now underway on Kickstarter, where backers can support the project for rewards. Throughout the campaign, WeirdCo will also release updates on the development process and seek feedback from the community as they work to create the best possible experience.

The debut Cyberpunk TCG set, Welcome to Night City, will launch later in 2026 and introduce iconic characters such as V, Jackie Welles, Johnny Silverhand, and Judy Álvarez to the trading card game space, letting players mix and match their favorite characters in competitive decks or personal collections. Set 2 will expand the game further, fully introducing characters from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
